At TSC, our Work & Life Skills offerings are designed to support neurodiverse young adults in developing the practical tools needed for greater independence and self-confidence. We recognize that every individual has unique strengths, learning styles, and goals. Our approach is supportive, structured, and empowering — meeting participants where they are and helping them grow at their own pace.

Offering Overview

The Work & Life Skills offerings focuses on real-world skills that promote independence, self-advocacy, and personal development. Sessions are hands-on, interactive, and adapted to different learning styles.
Core areas may include:

Communication and social navigation skills
Self-advocacy and decision-making
Time management and organization
Personal care and daily living routines

Why It Matters

Transitioning into adulthood can present unique challenges for neurodiverse individuals. Without structured support, everyday tasks and social expectations can feel overwhelming. Our Work & Life Skills offerings help participants in many ways including:
